Marc is a seasoned, award winning global Media expert who serves as CEO of Tipstor®. Tipstor is a multinational, multimedia company focused on Intellectual Property development, new media business channels, marketing, distribution of media content worldwide. Marc is a published author, producer, director, and screenwriter, and advisor to U.S and International media and entertainment companies, co-production initiatives with government organizations, and multinational film funds. He is frequently invited to guest speak at conferences worldwide.

Marc previously worked with the Media Development Authority of Singapore. There he worked with government officials, corporate clients and media entities to help enhance their digital marketing capabilities, strategic growth planning and market expansion in Southeast Asia. His role involved helping to establish an incentive fund model and form collaborations between content producers. He helped pioneer a digital MobTV content licensing pipeline between Southeast Asia and Hollywood.

Prior to Singapore, Marc worked for 20th Century Fox Studios as an executive in charge of international marketing of feature films and digital content. While at Fox he developed the international revenue share model that became the industry standard. He was a member of the Fox digital steering committee while managing initiatives for the US$2 billion event title portfolio, including the Star Wars, James Bond:007, X-Men, Fantastic 4, The Simpsons and Ice Age franchises. He marketed internationally over 300 film and television properties and fostered relationships with MGM, Regency, DreamWorks and Paramount.

Marc has extensive executive experience working with nonprofit organizations, for-profit corporations and government agencies. His network of corporate and media contacts extends from Fortune 500 companies to independent firms, government agencies, investment funds and studios around the world. Marc has lived in the U.S., Asia and Europe. He finished top of his class in his Master’s in Business (MBA) program, graduated with a Master’s from Cambridge University in English Studies, and is now pursuing his doctorate. He is a proud member of the Beta Gamma Sigma international business honor society and the American Marketing Association.
